When am I charged?▼
Trials are free. If you choose a paid plan after trial, we bill at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on what you select). Postage and insurance are billed by carriers separately.
Can I change plans or shipment tiers?▼
Yes. Move between Starter volume bands, upgrade to Professional, or talk to us about Enterprise as your order volume changes. Downgrades typically take effect on your next renewal.
Is there a fee to connect my own carrier accounts?▼
No extra Shipmexi fee for linking negotiated carrier accounts alongside discounted platform rates—use what works best per shipment.
